Large ships always lie inthe former. The Chamber of Commerce of Havre havepublished the following information and in-structions for the use of vessels frequentingthe port:— 1 Five buoys have been moored in the shallowsRuvun, under the designation of the Banc delEclat, and Hautes de la Rade. These buoys are similar in form, but of differ-ent colours, viz.: the first to the northward iswhite; the second, white with a black top; thethird is black; the fourth is black with a whitetop; the fifth is red.
