On gala and festival days,the decoration is worn suspended by a broad rose colouredribbon with white stripes in the form of a scarf; but onordinary occasions, it is fastened at the left side by a bowof a similar but narrow^er ribbon. The Order is limited totwenty six ladies (besides the Princesses of the royalfamily, and of foreign reigning houses), married, or notyounger than twenty-six years.
