A wheellock pistol with carved stock,Suhl circa 1620. Octagonal,smooth barrel in 14 mm calibre with three war medallions cut in relief on top. At the breech cut compass and cloverleaf mark. Smooth wheellock,cock with engraved tendrils,mark "WH" on the lockplate. Walnut full stock carved in relief(later forestock,outstandingly replaced)with antique warrior behind the breech plug and busts on the side plate. Iron furniture. Length 63 cm. Cf.
