Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert and Lt. Gov. Greg Bell were sworn in Monday, January 3rd at the Capitol rotunda The Utah National Guard hosted the ceremony which included members of the 23rd Army Band, a 19-gun salute and three-helicopter flyover. State Adjutant General Brian L. Tarbet performed MC duties for the inauguration.
