Inasmuch as the National Government has considered it advisableto pass a law prohibiting interstate traffic in articles produced infactories and workshops where children under fourteen years ofage are allowed to work, it would seem that the time is ripe for theState to amend its laws to conform thereto, most, if not all, of theproducts of jSTorth Carolina factories being subject to interstate ship-ment. This would afford relief from one of the situations which, ithas been said, is responsible for a good dannualreportofde1916nort
