Description The colonies that were examined range in length from 20 to 35 are upright, digitate; 3-8 finger-like unbranched lobes arise form aprominent robust stalk. Lobes are up to 15 mm long and 4 mm wide. Stalk witha broad base forming an extended holdfast. Surface of preserved coloniesmarkedly wrinkled or pustulate. Polyps restricted to lobes. Anthocodiae com-pletely retractile into prominent, rounded calyces up to 1,5 mm in numerous in stalk, lobes and calyces; almost exclusively compact6-8 radiate capstans, 0,030-0,065 mm in length.
