Shelly Raynes unveils a plaque in front of a tree dedicated to her late husband, retired Tech. Sgt. John A Raynes, during a Memorial Park Dedication Ceremony at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., June 16, while John Jr., Ashley and Hannah Grace look on. Raynes worked for Security Forces, Public Affairs and Civil Engineering during his tenure at Hanscom. Also honored during the event was Dana E. Kirane and Dennis “Dennie” Guthrie.
