A scarce bulb. Quite hardy if planted in a warm sheltered border, well drained, but es- pecially useful for growing in pots, as it can be had in bloom ' by Christmas. The flowers, borne on tall spikes, are very numerous, and of the bright- est colors imaginable, scarlet, golden, orange, green and blue being agreeably blended. A few bulbs will insure a supply for many years to come. Few bulbs of the cost will give bet- ter results. 15 cents each, $ per dozen. ^^It will be noted thai many of the bulbs offered in this little catalogue are un- familiar. The fact is, that Hyacinths, Tulips, etc., have had so much attention that many other excellent things have been overlooked which are beautiful and attractive, and worthy of extended cul- ture. Now our effort in this little catalogue is to bring some of these before you, and we believe we are safe in say- ing that a more unique collec- tion has never been offered.
