Lyrica anticonvulsant drug. Capsules of the anticonvulsant drug pregabalin, marketed under the name Lyrica. Lyrica is used to treat neuropathic pain and as an adjunct therapy for partial seizures with or without secondary generalisation in adults. It has also been found effective for generalised anxiety disorder. Recent studies have shown that pregabalin is effective at treating chronic pain in disorders such as fibromyalgia and spinal cord injury.
