Phnom Pleung literally translated as “Fire Mountain” or "meat volcano" is a unique style BBQ centrally positioned on the table so everyone can relish in the hands-on dining experience. This consists of a metal dish, warmed from underneath, with vegatables around the side cooking in the hot water and strips of meat such as Beef and Pork cooked on the hot meatal 'volcano'.
