MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Sept. 28, 2017) Aviation Support Equipment Technician 3rd Class Angus Moss, from Columbus, Indiana, directs a UH-1Y Venom, assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 161 (reinforced), from the flight deck of the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) during a vertical replenishment Sept. 28, 2017. San Diego is deployed with the America Amphibious Ready Group and the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit to support maritime security and theater security cooperation in efforts in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
