Airmen work on a C-130H Hercules, spraying it with deicing fluid during a snow storm, Feb. 07, 2020, at the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio. Deicing fluid is a mixture of heated chemical called propylene glycol and water. It is sprayed on hot, over 150 degrees Fahrenheit, at high pressure to melt or remove ice and snow.
