View of the Lands of Farnesiana, an ancient land , inhabited since the Paleolithic period and also in the Etruscan period (8th to 4th century BC.). It is located in the municipality of Tarquinia in the province of Viterbo, Lazio, Italy. On the hill you can see the ruins of Leopoli-Cencelle It was Pope Leo IV, 854, to found the city of Leopoli, in time changed to Cencelle (hundred cells). Today the ancient Leopoli-Cencelle is a ruin but part of the tower and the external walls of some of the houses built are distinguishable, as well as an arch of one of the three doors.
