135 m (443 ft) high and said to be the largest observation wheel in the world in 2006 - on the western end of Jubilee Gardens, the South Bank of the River Thames in London, England. It was a European construction project with steel fabrication in Holland, the supporting cables from Italy, glass capsule from France, bearings from Germany, and spindles from Czech Republic.
