The Soul Nebula is an emission nebula in Cassiopeia. It is located some 7,500 light years from Earth.
The Soul Nebula is an emission nebula in Cassiopeia. It is located some 7,500 light years from Earth. There are a number of small open clusters embedded in the nebula, including IC 1848, CR 34, CR 632 and CR 634. The Soul Nebula is also catalogued as Sharpless 2-199, LBN 667 and Westerhout 5.
