Harraton war memorial was erected in 1922 on the top of Worm Hill, but was relocated to Fatfield riverside after it suffered memorial was originally fitted with a tall cross, but this blew over in 1928, when the supporting stone was re-fashioned to a point. In 2012 a new Celtic style cross was constructed by Paul Bennet and that is what is shown here.
