Scott McKean, the commander of the 2nd Infantry Division/ ROK/US Combined Division, addresses his Soldiers outside of the 2ID/RUCD Museum located on Camp Red Cloud, Korea, Nov. 12, 2017. Despite being involved in an annual training exercise, McKean used the ceremony to reiterate to his troops the importance of their service and the service of the men and women that served before them.
