Statue of Horus, the falcon god at the entrance to the first pylon of the Ptolemaic temple of Horus. The temple, built of sandstone blocks in a classic pharaonic style between 237BC - 57 BC. The largest and best preserved Greaco-Roman temple in Egypt, Edfu, Egypt.
