Abraham Moreno, a rifleman with Black Sea Rotational Force 12 and Brownsville, TX native plays catch with a Romanian orphan on Eforie Nord Beach in Constanta, Romania June 2. The Marines and sailors of BSRF 12 participated in a weekend of volunteering in celebration of International Children’s Day. Throughout the weekend Marines volunteered in various events including a static display at a local park, playing with orphaned children and a park clean up.
