Red-tailed Hawk (337. Bnteoho-redlis). — A common, mottled, brown-ish hawk, with a bright, brick-redtail; the tail feathers are tipped withwhite, and have a dark bar near thetip; under parts nearly white, with rmany brownish streaks, especially onthe upper breast.
