Kolkata, India. 11th Apr, 2016. Man cooling himself under water due to this heat wave during hot day in Kolkata. Severe heat wave all over the West Bengal affected the daily life of Indian people. The temperature cross about 40 degree and Bankura recorded 45 degree. India Meteorological Department gives the heat wave warning for city and parts of western and southern district.
