La Luz were founded in 2012 in Seattle and released their fifth album ‘News of the Universe’ in May 2024 on the iconic Sub Pop label. They are Shana Cleveland (guitar / lead vocals), Audrey Johnson (drums), Maryam Qudus (keyboard) and Lee Johnson (bass).
