Vicks Non-Lateral Branching Vicks Early Branching This excellent Aster is similar in character ofplant and flower to the Late Branching, but bloomsabout a week or ten days earlier, enabling the growerto market his Asters in advance of the main crop ofLate Branching, at a time when there is a scarcityof good Asters, with prices correspondingly high. The flower stems are entirely free from side shoots,enabling the entire vitality of the plant to go into thedevelopment of the few long, graceful stems, crownedby immense double flowers. Practically every bloomis an exhibition flower. What is needed today is notmore, but larger and better, Asters.
