H. Goodrich, as tellerand general assistant. Mr. Geilfuss filled this posi-tion until 1870, when the Merchants National Bankwent into voluntary liquidation, and was succeededby the Bank of Commerce (Edward ONeill, presi-dent, John Black, vice-president), in the organizationof which Mr, Geilfuss rendered very valuable assist-.
