PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES – JULY 12, 2014: After almost two months of successful play dates at Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila, “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, the musical” top billed by Jon Santos, Leo Valdez and Red Concepcion wraps up and rumors has it that the same cast and crew of this successful musical stage play will go to Singapore for three months showing. The musical (which is based on the award winning 1994 Australian film written and directed by Stephan Elliot) is a road trip story of three drag queens riding an old bus from Sydney to Alice, Australia with their own personal motives of the journey: one is to get over of a recent loss, one is to pursue an unusual dream and one is to meet the son he had been keeping a secret.
