1stLT Stephen Bell with the 316thMission Support Element won the Light Heavyweight class division at the National Physique Committee Mid Atlantic Grand Prix, in Wheeling, W. Va., Nov. 11, 2016. The class win enabled Bell to compete in the overall event consisting of 220 competitors to take first place, beating Mr. West Virginia, the Heavyweight and Super Heavyweight champion.
