Kentia Fosteriana.—This is one of the finest pot plants imagin- able, and the easiest to grow of any of the Palm family. Be- ing almost hardy, it is not injured Dy slight changes in tem- perature,and its stiff, glossy leaves enable it to stand the dry, hot air of the living room without injury. The leaves are a deep, glossy-green, fan-shaped, split deeply into segments. This is, without exception, the most hardy of its class. It is very graceful for table decoration. Scarcely has its equal.
