Air Force Tech. Sgt. Sarah Garing, a bassoonist for the Winds Aloft Air Forces in Europe Woodwind Quintet, performs for members of the 39th Air Base Wing during an evening concert at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, March 24, 2022. This event served to thank 39th ABW Airmen for their daily efforts to uphold and further the NATO alliance. Winds Aloft traveled to several cities and military installations in Turkey March 16-27 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Turkey’s accession NATO and showcase the commitment to NATO allies as well as security and peace in the Black Sea region.
