A C-130 Hercules is parked on the flight line of the 165th Airlift Wing flightline on May 5, 2022 at the Savannah Hilton-Head Int’l Airport, Georgia. The 165th AW is one of two wings in the Georgia Air National Guard and is also the host base for the Air Dominance Center, also known as a Combat Readiness Training Center, and includes three geographically separated units including the 117th Air Control Squadron located at Hunter Army Airfield, the 224th Joint Communications Support Squadron, located in Brunswick, Georgia, and the 165th Air Support Operations Squadron here at the 165th AW.
