Among our rows of Hemlock are trees of very decided dwarf habit, of a ratlu r stiff outcurve of brandies, and quite thick, short branch- es ; very dark green. We value tliem as a novelty. Some are 4 feet high and as much in diameter. Pygma?a. A dwarf variety of the ?k)rway; very com- pact. Our trees are less than one foot and globular. Dwarf White Pine grows to 3 or 4 feet high, and often broader. Price on selection. Ericoldes. A pretty little evergreen shrub with heath- like leaves. It is a beautiful lawn tree, and makes a highly ornamental hedge; is more succiesful if sheltered from northerly winds. Prunes into any form. A graceful large tree if left to nature.
