A Fork-tailed Drongo, Dicrurus Adsimilis, looking to the side, perched on a thorn covered branch against a blue sky in the Kalahari Desert. Also known as a common drongo or an African drongo, this is a type of song bird which hunts insects from a perched position. They are also known to mimic the alarm call from other animals to steal their food
