GILBERT RANGIER,PROPRIETOR, WALES CHEESE FACTORY GILBERT RANGIER is pro-prietor of the Wales CheeseFactory. He was born forty-six years ago, and is recognized asone of the best cheese manufacturerson the Cornwall Board. His factoryproduces annually over 75 tons ofcheese. He has exhibited coloredcheese successfully at Toronto, Ottawa,Peterborough and other exhibitions. He served a lengthy apprenticeship incheese making and is a graduate of theKingston Dairy School, being the possess-or of one of the first certificates issued bythat institution. Mr. Ranciers fathers name was Wil-liam Rancier, his mothers maiden namebeing Mary Victoria Retta. He marriedMaude M. Hyland.
