The collection embraces varieties of various heights, and which bloom at diflferent seasons, producing flowers of all stvles and colors The whole, or a carefully selected number of them, will make a most effective bed or border affording by its variety and succession of bloom, a vast amount of pleasure throughout the entire season. In the description of each we give the height, color of flowers and the season it usually begins to bloom. I Asclepia Tuberosa—1 foot. July. Orange yellow. Vej-y showy, late summer and fall blooming plants. Each, 15c; per COREOPSIS. The herbaceous border is incomplete without one or more varieties of Coreopsis. They are ex- cfedingly attractive, bloom continuously from June until late in fall, and are very easy of cul- tivation. Excellent for cutting. Graudiflora—2 feet. June. Deep yellow. L,anceolata—2 feet. June. Golden yellow. Each, 15c; per doz., Aquilegia (Columbine)—2 feet. May to Ju- ly. Iq variety ; should be in every collection. Each, 15c; per Delphinium (Larkspnr)—3 feet. June. A most attractive and useful perennial, which should never be denied a place in the garden. The long spikes of handsome flowers are very freely produced, and are exceedingly useful for cutting.
