An allowance often yen or upwards per month is given, the uniform, cap, shoes,&c. are supplied, and books, instrumerts, &c. are loaned to each student. The course of study extends over two years in the Administration and theEngineering Course, and one year in the Telegraph course. The students are underthe obligation to serve for five years after graduation in offices under the conrol of theDepartment of Communications. Mileage of Mail Routes. (At the end of every 5 years.).
