NEWARK, Brig. Gen. David E. Deputy, chief of staff, Delaware National Guard, was presented the Delaware Conspicuous Service Cross by John C. Carney, Governor of Delaware, on March 2, 2017. A retirement luncheon was held at the Cavalier Country club in honor of Deputy for over forty years of service.
