A tour boat passes one of Olafur Eliasson s giant water installations on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York The New York City Waterfalls consists of four man made waterfalls constructed along the East River with the largest being under the Brooklyn side of the Brooklyn Bridge The Public Art work takes water from the East River filtered to prevent fish and debris from entering and shoots it out the top in a mammoth display between 90 and 120 feet high
