Humorous Spanish postcard unsent & therefore undated, but 1940's judging by hairstyle. A literal translation of el mejor cebo el oro debe ser pues no se explica este caso con quien ni la caña puede sostener makes little sense, but my best guess at a translation is: That Gold is the best bait need not be explained to the man that can hold a rod.
