Llandrindod Wells, Powys, Wales, UK. 26th August, 2015. The Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival celebrates the boom years the town enjoyed after the railway network arrived in 1868 allowing Victorian visitors to visit and partake in the town's healthy spa waters. Todays week long Festival encourages visitors to dress up in period costume including as Queen Victoria herself.
