Spc. Duvuri Devall, with the Louisiana National Guard’s 1-141st Field Artillery, receives the Col. Numa P. Avendano Memorial Award for being named the outstanding enlisted Soldier of the year at the 178th Pass-in-Review Ceremony at Jackson Barracks in New Orleans, Dec. 4, 2016. The award was presented by retired Lt. Col. Edward P. Benezech, Jr., 1-141st Field Artillery Battalion, and Maj. Jarod Martin, Battalion Commander, 1-141st Field Artillery Battalion.
