Truly the coleus is the gardener's paint box, from which may be produced, hy his artistic touch, the most beautiful pictures imaginable. In this field there is full opportunit}' for an interesting exercise of the taste of all flower lovers. Beds of any and everj' shape are desirable, which may sometimes be simply filled with plants of one dark variety- edged with golden crown, for instance, which will grow more beautiful as the season advances. Should you desire something more fanciful, sketch out your design and then follow it in your bed, which may be readiU* done, using as many varieties of coleus as your design may suggest.
