Proposalswere made in I880 and 1887, but not until1891 did the Imperial ordinance emanateConcerning the Organization of the In-struction in Dentistry in Finland. In con-sequence, there was established, in Helsing-fors, the capital of the country, a Dentistsliospital. subordinate to the Faculty ofMedicine of the Imperial
