Antique c1780 engraving, Arthur Lord Capell. Arthur Capell, 1st Baron Capell of Hadham (1608-1649), of Hadham Hall and Cassiobury House, Watford, both in Hertfordshire, was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1640 until 1641 when he was raised to the peerage as Baron Capell.
