South façade with stepped gables and pointed arches of Chorin Abbey in the state of Brandenburg


The former Cistercian monastery Chorin was founded in 1258 and is situated North of Berlin in Germany. The buildings decayed after the secularisation in the 16th century. The ruins was rediscovered at the beginning of the 19th century and was restored in the second half of the 20th century.
