Now andagain long bridges span the noblestream; villages are seen on the opposite shore; and forfifty miles we have a changing panorama of liveiscenery. Harrisburg is reached by the Northern Central, over a bridge a milein length; the trains running on the top. Harrisburg is the pointof connection with the -Pennsylvania, the Cumberland Valley, andthe Philadelphia and Reading Ptailroads.
