St Gilles (Giles) Church, Lubeck North Germany


St Gilles (Giles) Church, mentioned in in the first half of the 14th century and the Choir constructed in 1440. The Chapels are from the 15th and 16th centuries. Lubeck, Northern Germany, once the seat of the powerful Hanseatic League, hisrtoric Lubeck is amongst the most handsome of German cities with more than 1,000 medieval buildings. It’s compact Altstadt (Old Town) is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
