Science Gate at the Tsukuba Expo

Science Gate at the original Tsukuba Expo site grounds. The main display in this center is a full size model of a real 50 m. tall H-II rocket. The center offers tangible exhibitions relating to space, the deep sea and energy. Using the most up to date systems, the center provides what is the world's largest scale planetarium is m. across - opened again in April, 2006. Studies and research activities carried out in Tsukuba's research centers and university are also introduced.
