Students from the University of Stellenbosch dressed in black gather to protest against the recent events of gender violence that have rocked South Africa. Several hundred students and staff members held a 2 hour protest at the university demanding action from senior staff members. The protesters come after a series of high profile murders and rapes have shaken South Africa and resulted in calls for action and a national shut down.
