Kimball, Engineer of Buildings THE Baltimore and Ohio RailroadCompany is now preparing detailedplans for a complete new grain han-dling terminal to be located on its propertyat Locust Point, Baltimore, Md. Thisplant will replace the facilities which wereentirely destroyed by fire on July 2, were known as Elevators B. and C,wharf type elevators of wooden construc-tion erected in 1874 and 1881 respectively,and which had an aggregate storage capac-ity of 2,500,000 bushels. The new facilities will be in the form ofa concrete elevator of the most moderntype and an idea of the appearance andarrangement of these facilities may beobtained from the accompanying picture. Location The elevator plant proper will be locatedapproximately 500 ft. from the waterfrontto permit of the use ot a loop track layout,by means of which the loaded cars will bede
