Quinn, the deputy commander, Ninth Air Force (Air Forces Central), is greeted by Senior Airman Dalyn Castillo, a munitions technician assigned to the 380th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, during a base tour September 9, 2022, at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. Quinn’s visit focused on visiting the various squadrons of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, to provide a direct means of communication for enlisted Airmen.
