Another contestant with a riding crop whips them, but they are prevented from doing so by two fetishists who try to take a blows from the riding crop themselves. Hundreds of sartorially dressed competitors and spectators attend The Chap Olympiad in Bedford Square, London to celebrate Britain's sporting ineptitude and eccentricity with a range of track and field events where more points are awarded for style, than first past the post.
